SAMVET 2026 – the MCA & M.Sc. (IT) Alumni Meet organized by the Faculty of Computer Applications & Information Technology on 4rth April 2026 at GLS University “Reconnect - Relive - Reignite” - three words that perfectly orchestrated the entire evening. 

The event began with registrations and a visit to the new building, allowing our alumni to witness the continuous growth of the institution. This was followed by a warm welcome address, engaging fun games that rekindled the spirit of campus life, and a delightful dinner where conversations, memories, and laughter filled the evening. 

But the real showstopper? The phenomenal Vaalam Musical Band 

From the very first note, they had the entire crowd spellbound. Every chord they strummed, every beat they dropped, every melody they wove. It was pure magic. The kind of music that doesn’t just reach your ears, it touches your soul. The rhythms brought back memories, the harmonies reconnected hearts, and the energy reignited the spirit that defines GLS. 

Some evenings leave a melody in your heart long after the music stops. This was one of them. “Let’s reminisce the legacy that continues to inspire generations.”
